Delivery terms

Paying for your order

• You pay in cash when your order arrives: the pieces plus the delivery fee.
• The delivery fee depends on where you are, and is shown at checkout before you order.

If you refuse your order

• If you refuse the parcel when it arrives, you pay only the delivery fee, because the driver has already made the trip.
• If the fee isn’t paid then, it is added to your next order, and shown to you at checkout before you order.
• You can change or cancel an order free of charge within its first minutes, before it’s on its way.
