Terms of use

Your account

• One account per person, with your own WhatsApp number. Keep your password to yourself.
• You’re responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may close accounts used for fake orders or abuse.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Iraqi dinar (IQD). The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
• An order is final once we confirm it. Until then, and in its first minutes, you can change or cancel it.
• If a piece becomes unavailable, we’ll tell you and cancel that order or piece.
• Colours can look slightly different on screens; handmade pieces vary a little from one to another.

Delivery and payment

• You pay in cash when your order arrives: the pieces plus the delivery fee for your area.
• If you refuse an order at the door, you pay the delivery fee. See the delivery terms.

Returns

• Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong or damaged, tell us on WhatsApp the same day.
• Pieces cut to length or made to measure can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
