Mem û Zîn is a small clothing shop in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we keep
- Your name, WhatsApp number and, if you tell us, whether you shop for women’s or men’s clothes.
- Your delivery addresses and the map location you pick for each.
- Your orders, bag and saved pieces.
- How the shop is used (pages and pieces viewed), counted without cookies. Before you sign in this is anonymous; once you have an account it’s linked to it so we can help you better.
- If you turn on notifications, the address your phone gives us for sending them.
Why
- To take and deliver your orders, and contact you about them.
- To send you a sign-in code on WhatsApp.
- To send order updates and news, only if you turned notifications on.
- To understand which pieces people like, and improve the shop.
Who sees it
- The driver or delivery company taking your order gets your name, phone, address and the amount to collect. Nothing else.
- Our service providers store and send it for us: our hosting and database, and the service that sends WhatsApp codes.
- We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Your choices
- Turn notifications off at any time in Profile.
- Change your details and addresses in Profile.
- Ask us on WhatsApp to see or delete what we keep about you. Orders may be kept for our records.
